Armand Minthorn is a member of the Board of Trustees for
the Confederated Tribes of the Umatilla Indian Reservation. He has served the
CTUIR as an elected official since December of 1995, and currently serves as
chair of the Tribe's Cultural Resources Commission, and chair of the Tribe's
Emergency Response Commission. In addition to being active in Tribal government,
Mr. Minthorn serves the tribal community as a spiritual leader, often officiating
ceremonies, funerals, namings, and memorials.
